ebb and flow

“Ebb and flow” holds such comfort for me. Whether I’m in the midst of chaos or a slow spell, there is something kindly reassuring in the knowledge that there will always be ebb and flow- times for pressing forward and times for restful pause- moments of everything and moments of solitude. While last night was disheartening, today has been uplifting. How grateful I am for my chums, ebb and flow.
